Welcome to Whisper's website. Whisper is a 42' Hallberg-Rassy sloop. Robin and Duncan left San Francisco Bay aboard Whisper in 2002. In November 2004, Whisper arrived in New Zealand after sailing the coast of California, Mexico and South Pacific Islands. We lived and worked in New Zealand for three years. It's now 2008, and Whisper just escaped the docks for another year of crusing.
We returned to the cruising lifestyle in December 2007 with a plan to sail New Zealand waters until April 2008, then up to Fiji, possibly Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and on to Australia. Please explore our Recent Logs.
